Drainage
From our Five Oaks Pipe Yard, Normans supply complete underground drainage systems for commercial and domestic use.
We also work closely with the States of Jersey Transport and Technical Services (TTS) and their design services to supply a wide range of clay drainage solutions for adopted mains drains.
Working with leading brands such as Brett Martin and Naylor Drainage, we deliver the full range of drainage requirements; UPVC, clay, rigid and flexible ducting, and special order large diameter concrete pipes.
With manhole and soak away components supplied by Milton Precast, and access covers and frames from Peter Savage Limited and Clark-Drain, Normans also has a broad range of specialist manufacturer contacts to supply the complete range of BBA compliant drainage products.

Normans work with steel lintel manufactures, IG, to supply standard lintels for cavity wall and timber frame constructions, as well as special lintels designed and manufactured to specification.
We also work closely with the Naylor Lintels, the UK’s leading supplier of concrete pre-cast and pre-stressed lintels.
