The Building Centre Commercial Buildings | June 2017

The exterior has now been completed and we are currently making plans to develop the entire ground floor of The Building Centre in line with Five Oaks.

What’s New at Normans? | June 2017

We made the decision last year that we wanted to move away from a high ticket retail kitchen and bathroom offer and create an offer that represented more of what our core trade customer was looking for. This decision included closing our Nspace Branch and opening our trade kitchen showroom on the first floor of our Building Centre at Commercial Buildings. The team has done a fantastic job and our new showroom is already open and looking fantastic; WELL DONE TO ALL CONCERNED!

Customer Service Experiences | February 2017

CONGRATULATIONS GO TO Marc Cadec, Troy Marie, Suse De Sousa, John Norman, Catia Vieira, Lucy Monteiro, Dave Skeels, Paul Farrell & Wlodzimierz Pyzik for successfully completing the Customer Loyalty Program! The course culminated in the team presenting their ideas regarding improving customer service to the Senior Team; to say we were impressed would be a massive understatement as the content and delivery surpassed all of our expectations!! A BIG WELL DONE also goes to Stuart Falle and Katie Burt for successfully going through a “Train the Trainer” programme during this course; this will enable us to be self-sufficient regarding running this programme in the future. 

The team will now join our management teams and last year’s graduates with tackling various projects around the Company to truly make a difference in improving Normans’ customer service culture going forward; please join them on their quest and lend your full support to what will be a defining year for Normans regarding this critical and all important part of our business!
